Emergency Services Specialist Role
As a highly skilled and experienced emergency services specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adult and paediatric patients.
You will promote excellence in patient care and provide leadership to doctors in training and other healthcare professionals.
This is a part-time permanent position with flexible work options available, commencing on a February start date.
The Position Overview
Provide clinical management of emergency department patients, maintaining the highest standards of ethical behaviour towards all staff and patients.
Awareness of indigenous customs is essential when considering how best to care for, admit or discharge indigenous patients.
Supervise junior medical staff, assessing their clinical performance and behaviour to ensure the highest standards are met.
Contribute as a valued team member, promoting a supportive and collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you must be a Fellow of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or have equivalent professional membership.
