The
**Finance Administrator** is an integral role within the team and provides finance administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Responsibilities will include, allocating client line items for accreditation, invoicing, answering client queries and various other administrative tasks as indicated below:
- Reconciliations
- Purchase order number management
- Preparing of customer ledgers
- Maintaining new and existing client details in CRM system
- Posting to MYOB
- Checking invoices
- Accounts receivable
- Weekly reporting

To be successful in this role you will bring the following attributes:
- 2+ years in a similar account's administration role
- Cert 111/1V in Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficiency with MYOB and M/S Office
The location is based South of the river and offers easy access on public transport or free parking on site.
