About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and become an integral part of a growing technology organisation that truly values its team.

We're now looking for a capable Level 2 technician/cloud engineer who can hit the ground running, with strong and demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 and associated technologies. You’ll work across a variety of customer environments, providing both remote and on-site support, and contributing to broader infrastructure and security work.

This is a hands-on role – expect to spend time at client sites across Sydney as well as significant time at our riverside office located in the Tacoma / Wyong area.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 1/2 customer-facing technical support via phone, remote access, and on-site

* Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking issues

* Log and track service tickets in alignment with SLA

* Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment

* Assist with on-site work

* Escalate complex issues while retaining ownership and follow-up

* Maintain clear, accurate documentation


Technical Skills & Attributes:

* 1–3+ years IT support in an MSP or multi client environment (required)

* Strong Level 1/2 troubleshooting skills across Windows and common business apps

* Demonstrated Microsoft 365 admin experience (required)

* Basic networking knowledge

* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities

Bonus Skills:

* Experience with RMM tools

* Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+, TAFE, etc.)

* Exposure to Azure, cloud backups, and other SaaS platforms

Requirements:

* Current Australian driver’s license

* Willing to undergo police check

* Personal and professional references

* Must have the right to work in Australia
