SAP Trainer
Location: International Site Rotation | Roster: 4 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off (to be negotiated)

About the Role
PMP Group is looking for a skilled and experienced SAP Trainer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on SAP PM to support successful adoption across our client base. Working a 4 week-on, 4 week-off roster, you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering training to maintenance departments at one of the largest copper and gold mining operations in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify user skill gaps and requirements
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to various user groups
- Provide post-training support to ensure user confidence and proficiency in SAP PM
- Collaborate closely with project teams to align training content with SAP implementations and upgrades
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SAP training or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM (S/4HANA) and the ability to present technical content clearly
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse audiences
- Experience creating and customising training materials across various platforms
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation
- A passion for learning and staying current with SAP advancements
