Looking for a hands-on HSEQ role where you can genuinely influence safety culture and make an impact?
We're seeking an experienced
HSEQ Advisor
to support our
Brooklyn and Hampton Park resource recovery facilities
in Victoria.
This is a site-based role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, working closely with operational teams and taking ownership of safety outcomes in an industrial environment.
You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across health, safety, environment and quality, including managing safety systems, leading incident investigations, coordinating injury management and return-to-work programs, maintaining ISO accreditations (ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001), and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
About you
You're a confident, practical HSEQ professional with experience in industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments. You're comfortable engaging with leaders and frontline teams, and you're passionate about building a strong, safety-first culture.
You'll bring:
• A relevant HSEQ qualification
• 3+ years' HSEQ experience in a heavy industry environment
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices
• Experience developing SOPs, SWMS and risk assessments
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
