🍃Welcome to Little Souls Academy, a family-owned and operated service caring for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our mission is simple yet powerful — to support every child to nurture, learn, and flourish in a safe, joyful, and inspiring environment.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm, our service offers natural play spaces, light-filled rooms. With both indoor and outdoor areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, discover, and thrive.

We are currently searching for an inspiring, experienced, and dedicated Centre Director to lead our established centre, support our fantastic team, and become a valued part of our Little Souls Family.

As the Nominated Supervisor of our service, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of educators while overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall running of the service. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director who can build and foster strong relationships with our existing families, lead with confidence and professionalism, and continue maintaining the success of our centre to the highest standards.

🍃What You’ll Bring

* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

* Previous experience in a leadership or management role

* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

* Child Protection qualification (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
