The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior capacity or working autonomously in a Contracts Administration role within the commercial construction sector in Australia. Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal principles is essential.
You will work on varied commercial projects, including:
* Preparing contract documentation and record-keeping systems
* Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions
* Coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to address contractual issues and mitigate risks
* Providing support and guidance to project teams
