Regional BDR Team Manager

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 2–10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across inbound and outbound channels.
* Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline.
* Mentor and coach team members, providing daily feedback, performance reviews, and career guidance.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including field engineering and marketing—to align on messaging and demand tactics.
* Use data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and adjust outbound approaches in response to market changes.
* Help build and maintain a sales academy culture oriented around learning, integrity, and high‑empathy customer interactions.
Qualifications
* Excellent academic record in school or university.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a STEM field (or equivalent).
* Strong passion for business development, sales, and technology.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
* Commitment to continuous learning and improvement—curious, flexible, scientific.
* Creative problem‑solving skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams.
* Leadership experience in any form (e.g., team lead, project manager).
* Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
