Excellent training, development & support provided in your next challenge Role based in Brooklyn - work from home flexibility 1-2 days per week Full-time permanent role paying $80,000-$85,000 plus superannuation About the Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions. The role will include but not be limited to: Accurately manage high volume of approved invoices Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents ensuring three-way match accuracy Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments to suppliers Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager The Ideal Candidate: A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable processes High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment About the Organisation: A successful company at the forefront of their industry are seeking a motivated and driven Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing team.
