About the Practice

This modern private-billing practice is looking for a full-time GP to join their team of four doctors and registrars. You will be part of a supportive team of doctors that have various special interests, including women's health, cosmetics, medical cannabis, disability medicine, occupational health, travel medicine and skin cancer medicine.
There are three receptionists, three nurses and a practice manager to help you focus on your patients' needs and provide optimal healthcare. The seven consulting rooms have water-views and there are three procedure rooms available. A kitchen / staff room creates a family-like work environment where you can enjoy lunch with other colleagues. With an adjacent supermarket, dentist and coffee shop next door, you will have the convenience of a communal undercover car park as well.
Most of the patients are traditional age-retired and local families so a dietician and pathology on-site are easily accessible. The practice has close connections with a local EP, chiropractic, psychologists and physiotherapists. Best of all, the clinic is only open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, giving you evenings and weekends off.

Your weekends will be full of adventure An easy day trip from Sydney, this location is only 20 minutes from Newcastle and provides a lot of options for recreation locally, especially water sports and stunning beaches. The house prices are relatively lower than Sydney and there is a mix of public and private schools for growing families. Essential Criteria
DPA position and visa sponsorship are available. RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable) and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
