Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the future of our products, assess product-market fit, and ensure they deliver meaningful impact for our clients and business.If you thrive on turning complex ideas into compelling experiences, love influencing product direction, and are a champion of human-centred design—this is the role for you.Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:Defining and leading strategic design and product proposition initiatives aligned to business goals and market trendsDeveloping compelling product strategies, roadmaps and innovative solutions that span design, business, and technologyConducting deep user and market research to uncover opportunities and influence product directionDriving a human-centred design approach across the full product lifecycle—from discovery to deliveryFacilitating design sprints, workshops and co-creation sessions that bring stakeholders into the product development journeyCreating user flows, wireframes and prototypes to test, communicate and iterate on design conceptsCollaborating closely with Product and Engineering leadership as a strategic design partnerCoaching and mentoring Product Managers and Designers to elevate strategic thinking and design excellenceContributing to the evolution of Iress’ design systems, tools and frameworksWhat You Will Bring10+ years’ experience in product design or strategy, with a track record of delivering successful products.Deep expertise across the end-to-end design process—research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery.A strong foundation in human-centred design, strategic thinking, and navigating ambiguity.Experience in influencing cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and delivering user and business outcomes.Confidence using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, and Miro.Outstanding communication and storytelling skills to influence a wide range of audiences, including senior executives.Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry best practices in product design, strategy and innovation.A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance creative vision with commercial realities.Why work with us?8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekendsHybrid workingGenerous cash bonus for every successful referralStarting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to schoolUp to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiativesDiscounted health insurance premiumsAccess to learning and development programs through LinkedIn LearningIress is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
