About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Manager to lead operations at Bubble Tent Australia.
This role is about leadership, presence, and attention to detail. You will oversee guest-facing services, housekeeping, reservations, bar and restaurant activities, and the overall safety and maintenance of the property. You will ensure that every guest’s stay is seamless, safe, and memorable, from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the owners, front-of-house, and operational teams to deliver premium guest experiences while managing property operations, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and oversee reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations
* Supervise security arrangements, gardens, and property maintenance to maintain a safe, pristine environment
* Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities
* Monitor and ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and occupational health and safety regulations
* Assess, review, and enhance guest satisfaction
* Oversee accounting, purchasing, and financial reporting for operational activities
* Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with arranging tours or transportation
* Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping and caretaking teams regarding weather events, guest requests, and property alerts
* Manage emergency procedures including evacuation, weather events, and onsite incidents following Bubble Tent Australia manuals
* Monitor tent occupancy, water tanks, and general site readiness
About You
You are polished, approachable, and confident, with a genuine passion for hospitality, nature, and creating memorable experiences. You bring:
* Proven experience in hotel, resort, or luxury accommodation management
* Strong operational knowledge across guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and property maintenance
* Leadership skills to coach, inspire, and manage a small, multi-skilled team
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and hands-on approach to safety, guest satisfaction, and site operations
* A respect for privacy, inclusivity, and the wellbeing of guests and colleagues
Local knowledge, eco-tourism experience, and a connection to sustainable hospitality are highly regarded.
