About the role

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be
given the training and skills required to eventually transition into a Customer Service Management role with Drakes.
Successful applicants will be trained in areas such as people management, generating rosters, completing orders, stocktaking + much more!
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
1. POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential
2. Ability and openness to learn new skills
3. Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
4. Unparalleled commitment to customer service
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to liaise with both team members and management
7. A flair for merchandising
8. Commitment to work health and safety standards
