About This Role
The Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSEQ) Professional will support operational teams, contractors and the wider organization to ensure our operations meet internal and external standards, foster a positive safety culture, and continuously enhance environmental and quality performance.
This role supports the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality construction activities in civil engineering and telecommunications sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing HSEQ policies and procedures;
* Conducting regular site inspections and audits;
* Providing training and guidance to staff on HSEQ best practices;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Applicants should possess a degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science or a related discipline, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A recognized professional certification in HSEQ is highly desirable.
