Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. A strong background in CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and ERP systems like Epicor, along with a proven track record of process and system alignment, is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should possess skills in process mapping, change management, and sales lifecycle optimization, as well as a deep understanding of sales operations, customer enablement, and the intersection of people, process, and technology.
