Job Description
We’re looking for a professional and people-focused Receptionist to join our Brisbane Head Office team on a permanent, full-time basis, offering a $60,000 salary plus great company perks.
As the first face of our business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, greeting guests, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our corporate team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
* Answer calls, emails, and coordinate general correspondence
* Organise meeting room bookings, catering, and internal events
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
* Provide admin support across departments
* Assist with onboarding and desk allocations for new team members
* Maintain a professional, safe, and well-presented office space
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You’ll be the kind of person who naturally takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming space.
You’ll have:
* Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordination role
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone
* A polished and professional appearance with a positive, “can-do” attitude
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm under pressure, and handle competing priorities
* Confidence working independently, but also as part of a team
* A passion for customer service and a strong sense of ownership in your work
