We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts receivable processes, controlling debt collection, and providing administrative support to senior financial officers.
About the Role
This part-time ongoing role (0.8 FTE) requires you to manage the College's accounts receivable system, process ledger entries, complete ledger reconciliations, and provide end-of-month and year-end accounting support as needed.
* End-to-End Accounts Receivable Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing the accounts receivable process from start to finish.
* Debt Collection and Recovery: Take ownership of the debt collection process, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding amounts.
* Financial Administration: Provide high-quality administrative support to senior financial officers, including processing ledger entries and completing reconciliations.
* Accounting Support: Assist with end-of-month and year-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
