Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver with high reach capability to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating high-reach forklifts, working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment, and using software tools such as SAP for inventory and logistics tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a safety‑first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities
* Operate high-reach forklifts to move, store, and retrieve inventory safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload goods, including cash handling machines and related components.
* Perform accurate stock movements using WMS and SAP, including receiving, put‑away, picking, and dispatch tasks.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
* Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
* Maintain equipment in good working order and report any faults or hazards promptly.
* Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, technicians, and logistics teams to support daily operational goals.
* Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Valid forklift licence with demonstrated high‑reach forklift experience.
* Proven experience working with WMS platforms and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safe operating procedures.
* Ability to handle delicate or high‑value equipment with care.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks when required.
