We are seeking a skilled Test Specialist to join our team of professionals working on various Cyber projects. As a key member of our integrated workforce, you will be responsible for conducting software development and infrastructure integration testing using CI/CD technologies.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Conducting test analysis, design, execution and reporting activities
* Providing input and support to the Test Manager in developing test strategies and plans
* Analysing and reporting on test activities and outcomes, raising and prioritising defects
* Identifying test process improvements and contributing to testing standards and best practice definition
* Communicating and reporting testing-related risks and issues to stakeholders
* Ensuring the integrity of testing and working under broad direction as a motivated self-starter
The ideal candidate will have broad experience in testing complex integrated solutions, including security use-cases and system infrastructure testing. You will also have experience operating as a hands-on Test Analyst within an agile Scrum context using Atlassian tools.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A strong understanding of the fundamental test process, including analysis, design, execution, reporting and monitoring
* Experience in verifying ICT infrastructure, CI/CD developed solutions and client and server software
* Maintenance of testing integrity and coordination of test activities
* Knowledge of security testing and system security principles
* Experience in conducting test activities within a SAFe Agile methodology
The role also involves verifying non-functional requirements such as Load, Performance, Reliability and Compliance. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for test artefact design and management is essential.
