About the Role
Sales and Business Development Leadership Opportunity
Join our Growth team as we define and execute the company's expansion strategy. We seek a highly intelligent and enthusiastic individual to spearhead our expansion in Australia and New Zealand.
In this position, you will lead potential enterprise clients, develop relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies, identify unique needs and challenges, and drive adoption of our solution.
You will collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process, and use client feedback to improve our service and offering.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with clients to drive revenue growth through consultative selling
* Manage sales pipeline and follow through with presentations, negotiations, and contracts
* Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking for long-term expansion
* Represent us at industry events and sales meetings globally
* Develop a deep understanding of the payments industry and build relationships with key players
* Create compelling value propositions around our solution
* Act as the face of the company across marketing initiatives
Requirements
* 5+ years of B2B enterprise closing experience managing end-to-end sales cycles - preferably in tech companies or hyper-growth B2B SaaS startups focused on the Australian market
* Experience in roles requiring business analytics and strategic thought (management consulting, finance, business analysis, etc.) is a plus
* Naturally analytical with a strong passion for persuasion
* Someone who loves to quantify the qualitative
* Big bonus if you have worked with the e-commerce industry and sold to Heads of Digital/Online
* Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
* Problem-solver, resourceful, someone who thrives off autonomy
* Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision
