About the Role: As a Tax Consultant at H&R Block, you will:
* Prepare various types of tax returns, including Individual, Rental, Small Business, and Partnership returns, as well as Business Activity Statements.
* Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office.
* Progressively involved in bookkeeping, preparation of accounts and tax returns for small business clients and self managed superannuation funds. In house training will be provided to support your career path.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years tax and business services in-person experience with an Australian accounting firm.
o This detail must be demonstrated in your cover letter attached to your application.
* Proficiency in the use of MYOB is preferred, although training will be provided.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Full Australian working rights.
