The Site Supervisor will play a key role in shaping future projects by coordinating procurement, overseeing maintenance, supporting compliance management, leading subcontractors, managing workforce allocation, identifying risks, and driving projects to completion within contractual deadlines.
* Coordinate building supplies procurement and schedule equipment maintenance for optimal efficiency.
* Support and resolve compliance issues during planning and execution to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Lead, mentor, and guide subcontractors to deliver quality workmanship that adheres to industry standards.
* Manage workforce allocation across multiple projects to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
