About the role
We are on the lookout for a Ground Operations Supervisor for our Mission Beach drop zone.

About you
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in supervising diverse teams, along with excellent customer service and communication skills. You have a strong background in team management, with the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff effectively. Your proven administrative expertise and keen eye for detail are backed by solid computer literacy skills. You are honest, dedicated, and take full accountability for your team's performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervise all team members during the conduct of daily operations
* Organise and monitor staff rostering, training, compliance and awareness of company policies and procedures
* Facilitate effective communication through regular team meetings
* Office and administration duties including banking, cash reconciliation, uniform and supply ordering and back of house requirements.
* Keep the team well informed on company marketing initiatives, fostering their involvement and support.
* Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships through communication and consultation.
* Recruitment and training of new team members
* Work closely with senior managers to supervise and monitor safety, training, compliance and awareness of company policies, procedures, leave entitlements and payroll approvals.
