The Opportunity: CSR is seeking a Receptionist based in our Corporate office in North Ryde for a 12-month fixed term contract .
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine front-of-house responsibilities with executive-level administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, employees and visitors, while also working closely with senior executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
About the role: Greet assist visitors' clients and staff with warmth professionalism Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office supplies, and reception area standards Ensure confidentiality discretion in handling information Provide administrative support to an Executive Manager, managing calendars, appointments and scheduling with accuracy Coordinate meetings and events including agendas, minutes and travel arrangements.
Oversee contractor compliance and office maintenance Support WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid coordination Process invoices, purchase orders (SAP preferred), and reports About you: Previous experience in reception or administration roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail with a customer-focused approach Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work autonomously Proven ability to manage the administration for senior stakeholders SAP experience preferred but not essential What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
