Job Opportunity: Constituent Communications
A key role exists for a Constituent Communications Specialist within our legislative assembly team. This position involves serving as the initial point of contact for constituent inquiries and providing administrative support for Members. Essential skills include social media management, media monitoring, and advertisement design. The role offers flexibility, requiring three days per week. To succeed, you will need strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage constituent inquiries and respond accordingly
* Provide administrative support to Members
* Develop and implement effective social media strategies
* Monitor media and maintain public relations
* Create engaging advertisements and promotional materials
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
* Proven experience in social media management and public relations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
* This is a temporary part-time position for up to six months
* The role requires three days per week
