We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our small but highly capable administrative team and oversee all office operations in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Business Manager, the Office Manager is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others through exceptional support services to the organisation.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for;
• Team Leadership - Managing and developing administrative staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive team culture
• Financial Management - Bookkeeping responsibilities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and budget management
• Compliance & Reporting - Preparing and submitting reports to government entities and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Payroll Administration - End-to-end payroll processing including wages, superannuation, leave entitlements, and statutory compliance
What we're looking for:
• Significant experience in office management or similar leadership role
• Qualification in bookkeeping/accounting or relevant experience
• Significant experience in end-to-end payroll processing and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of government reporting and regulatory obligations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
