Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer Council's commercial contracts
* Support compliance, reporting, and governance requirements
* Assist in planning and delivering projects and operational initiatives
* Provide practical advice and support to the Manager Commercial Services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
* Undertake relief duties across CSC and ESO functions as required
About You

You will bring
* Experience in coordination, administration, contracts, or project support
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to travel regularly to remote communities
Essential Requirements:
* Northern Territory Driver's Licence (or the ability to obtain)
* Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
* National Police Clearance
