About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure ongoing compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain compliance with NDIS and Aged Care regulatory requirements
* Prepare for, coordinate, and support NDIS and Aged Care audits
* Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
* Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures
* Manage incident reporting, complaints, and corrective actions
* Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholder
* Provide administrative support for NDIS and Aged Care operations
* Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and evidence collation
* Maintain client, staff, and compliance records
* Support policy, procedure, and quality system administration
* Coordinate meetings, training records, and incident registers
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Provide compliance training and guidance to staff
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in NDIS and/or Aged Care compliance and audits
* Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience with audit preparation, evidence management, and outcomes
* Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
