* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity
* Formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant and implement evidence-based interventions
* Mentor early career clinicians and contribute to their professional growth
* Stay informed about relevant legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills

* Experience mentoring and supervising other therapists
