About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver key initiatives identified in our strategic workforce plan. Your expertise in HR systems and project management will enable you to drive business system improvements across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
About the Team
You will work closely with our HR department to implement module enhancements and business improvements within TechnologyOne. Your knowledge of change management and process improvement will be invaluable in driving organisational effectiveness and delivering a safe and constructive culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small team to achieve key actions as identified in the workforce plan
* Provide high-level consultancy and project management capability in the delivery of HR and Payroll Systems solutions
* Identify and implement automated system improvements in areas such as reporting and dashboard capability
* Contribute at a strategic level to initiatives that influence and develop a safe and constructive organisational culture and drive organisational effectiveness
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resource Management
* Project Management accreditation
* Member of, or eligible for membership of, an appropriate professional organisation (e.g., AHRI)
* Qualification in Information Technology (desirable)
* Change Management and Process Improvement accreditation (desirable)
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
* Minimum 7 years leading and developing teams in a Human Resource environment
* Minimum 7 years' experience working with HR Systems, including module implementations and business improvements (experience in TechnologyOne highly regarded)
* Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies
* Experience in leading recruitment and payroll functions
* Experience in driving change management and continuous improvement
