Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Law Specialist to join our team. As a Family Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the area of family law.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced lawyer to take on a key role in our office. You will have the autonomy to manage your own workflow, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Your main responsibility will be to engage directly with clients daily, honing your advocacy skills within a busy team environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Admission Requirements:
You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
Education:
A Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience:
At least 3 years' experience in the field of family law, preferably in a similar role.
