Bohan Pty Ltd seeks the services of a full time Network Engineer to join our innovative team in the Health industry in a collaborative work environment with a focus on technical excellence.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* 5 years' experience in a Network Design and support role, ideally within health services.
* Experience with network project delivery.
* Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
* CCNP equivalent networking experience.
* ITIL certified or familiarity with ITIL framework and Incident and Change Management processes.
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, particularly during major incidents.
* Strong team orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Duties will include:
* Design and implement secure network infrastructure for all remote sites
* Provide hands-on technical support for network systems and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) that runs critical application (Best practise).
* Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
* Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network security measures.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance.
* Document processes, procedures, and network configurations.
* Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
