Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

This role empowers the Fashion Sales Team with data-driven insights through seasonal and financial forecasting, demand planning, and sell-through performance analysis. You’ll play a key role in optimising sales performance, spotting growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that grow both the Fashion channel and the wider adidas business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Forecasting Analytics

- Own and present sales forecasts aligned with business KPIs.

- Track weekly sell-through and weeks-of-cover to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to review and manage the Fashion Order Book.

- Support funding requests, cancellations, and other in-season adjustments.

- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to address risks and maximise in-season performance.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business performance by category and account.

- Build QBR and T2T reporting, including professional presentation materials.

Forecasting & Planning

- Execute seasonal and financial forecasting processes.

- Contribute to GTM (Go-to-Market) planning through forecast inputs and customer financial reporting.

- Support long-term strategic forecasting in line with global objectives and local market dynamics.

Reporting & Insights

- Provide ad-hoc reporting tailored to the Fashion channel and customer needs.

- Translate retail and sales data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and BI tool experience a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.

- Solid understanding of retail math and sell-through analysis, with the ability to turn data into strategy.

- Sharp awareness of retail and consumer trends to guide business decisions.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise under pressure with keen attention to detail.

- Confident communicator, skilled at presenting insights to managers, peers, and external partners.

- Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships across functions and with clients.

- Positive, proactive attitude that supports a high-performance culture.

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proven experience in data analytics, sales planning, retail operations, or financial forecasting.
