The Start Date for these roles will be Wednesday 16 th & 23 rd July 2025. We will be hosting Engagement Centers at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville on Tuesday 17 th & Wednesday 18 th June 2025. What You’ll Be Doing As a SUN & GIO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers Offering tailored solutions to help customers with their insurance needs Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfaction Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently Shift Patterns: This role is a Permanent Full-Time Role offering 37.5 hours per week Option 1 : Monday – Friday, Start window between 8:00am & 10:00am Option 2 : Monday – Friday, Start window between 10:00am & 11:00am Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
