Your Role and Responsibilities
As an entry-level Designer, you'll focus on customer and employee strategies to improve digital innovation, addressing user needs and designing world-class digital experiences.
You'll support the discovery of user and business requirements using User Experience, Design Thinking, and Information Architecture methods.
Your responsibilities may include:
Creating wireframes, visual interfaces, and prototypes; annotating wireframes; collaborating with designers, researchers, consultants, and developers; ensuring interactions are accurately documented and addressed.
Conducting user research leveraging IBM Enterprise Design Thinking and managing direct user research within projects.
Supporting Senior Designers in UX and UI tasks, incorporating feedback, and working closely with developers and testers daily.
Developing visual designs, mock-ups, and prototypes from sketches and wireframes, collaborating with clients and development teams to implement human-centered digital solutions.
Creating storyboards, layouts, presentations, graphics, data visualizations, and other design artifacts for client meetings or product development.
Participating or leading design workshops, integrating stakeholder input, communicating ideas and rationale, and outlining digital experiences for development teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
Pre-Engagement Integrity Check for AU Government clients.
Eligibility for or possession of an AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
For Permanent Residents: residency in Australia for the past five years.
