We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics & Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to senior leadership within the Logistics Department, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end import and export documentation, supporting international shipping operations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage shipping contracts within internal systems
* Coordinate vessel bookings with shipping lines
* Manage Import and Export Letters of Credit, and related documentation
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freight providers to coordinate shipments
* Prepare export documentation including EDN, shipping instructions, and hazardous cargo declarations (M041)
* Review and verify supplier documents to ensure compliance with contract terms
* Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with internal stakeholders where required
* Process invoices and maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Dispatch original shipping documentation to clients and banks
* Maintain shipping schedules, inventory records, and system updates
* Provide support to team members and assist with general administrative tasks
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in export documentation and logistics
* Strong knowledge of international trade and INCOTERMS
* Experience with import/export processes and documentation
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
