Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising or managing a team, with sound sales experience in retail or a related field. The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism is essential for success in this role.

As a member of the store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store meets its sales and profitability targets while providing exceptional customer service. This includes leading, developing, and supporting staff to meet individual sales plans and exceeding client development goals.

* Build relationships with internal and external clients
* Nurture and develop our client portfolio through meaningful commercial outreach
* Support the Store Manager in organizing and hosting events for clients
* Create exceptional experiences for our clients - always going above and beyond
* Become an expert on product and sales training modules
* Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors
* Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters
* Key-holder responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
* Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience (i.e., hospitality, events, banking)
* Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
* Experience working towards targets and KPIs
* Experience in organizing events (a plus)
* Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations)
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
