WhatYou'llBe Doing
* Lead market development across the OEMautomotive sector, focusing onbus,truckand rail manufacturersincluding marine
* Identify,engageand grow new customer accounts across engineering, quality, design, and procurement teams
* Work with technical partners to establish the right technical solutions and product portfolio to enable growth in the BTR market across ANZ
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
* Demonstrate and trial products with customers across office, lab, and production environments
* Provide technicalexpertiseand support to drive product evaluation,approvaland adoption
* Collaborate with R&D,Marketingandsales teams to deliver high‐value, technically advantaged solutions

WhatWe'reLooking for
* Background supporting OEM automotive, rail,bus, marineor similar manufacturing environments
* Proven ability to develop new markets and win newbusiness
* Strong knowledge of sealants,adhesivesor comparable engineered materials
* Strong communication,negotiationand relationship‐building capabilities
* Ability to work hands‐on with customers during testing,evaluationand approval stages
* Flexibilityto travel interstate on a regular basis
* Significant experiencein technical product application, technical sales, product development, or a specification role
* Tertiary education in Engineering, Business or Marketingand/orequivalent experience
