Core Talent are partnering with a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the education sector.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Brisbane team, delivering new build and refurbishment projects within live educational environments.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. These projects require strong coordination skills and the ability to manage works within operational school environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors onsite
* Ensure programme milestones are achieved
* Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards
* Drive quality control and defect management
* Liaise closely with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
* Strong background delivering education projects (new build or refurbishments highly regarded)
* Ability to manage live site environments
* Trade-qualified background preferred
* QBCC licence
