Reporting to a leader who has been with the business 17 years and worked their way from the ground up. They are very invested in identifying talent and opening opportunities for them across the business. This role is just the start!
What it looks like will be working along side marketing to support campaigns for business growth.
This could look like:
- Outbound calls to dormant customers
- Gaining an understanding of the customer needs and requirements
- Providing solutions to these customers
- Supporting recent customers with their on-boarding
- Educating existing customers on new offerings or promotions
**The Successful Applicant**:
- A customer-first mindset
- A team player
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Permanent residency or Aus/NZ Citizenship
