We're seeking an experienced Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Mornington studio. This is a permanent part-time role with the possibility to lead to full-time, for a versatile creative with a strong background in working with lifestyle, real estate, public sector and beyond. We're looking for a hands-on creative thinker who thrives from ideation to execution, and who's equally comfortable collaborating with a tight-knit, values-driven team.
What we're looking for:
* Lead end-to-end creative across a broad selection of clients.
* Design premium assets for both print and digital that align with strategy.
* Protect the integrity of a brand through every touchpoint.
* Collaborate with our team of strategists and creatives to shape campaign concepts and direction.
* Contribute to digital marketing coordination (think emails, landing pages, social assets).
* A strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and motion.
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of design experience, agency or in-house, with a portfolio that shows breadth and brilliance.
* Tertiary level design qualification.
* A background in lifestyle, interiors, public sector or retail brands (extra points if you've nailed all four).
* Sharp concept development skills and the design integrity to back them up.
* A strategic mindset, you don't just design, you ask why.
* Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Animation? A big bonus.
* Organised, self-led, and unflappable under deadlines.
* A natural collaborator who knows how to take the lead
and
take feedback.
* Comfort with digital tools like Klaviyo and social scheduling platforms.
