About the role
The successful applicant will be part of the civil maintenance team which has responsibility for maintaining the buildings and gardens at our Head Office at 3 Alice Street Bassendean, the duties may include but are not limited to:
* Mowing and weeding
* Maintaining the building including:
* Roofs and gutters
* Hot water tanks
* Sewerage water, sewage tanks
* Carpark
* Toilets and showers
* Painting walls
* Assembling office furniture
