About the role
As the Night Shift Supervisor, you'll take the lead on all overnight operations, supporting your team and making sure the shift runs safely and smoothly. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll manage planning, resources, performance and quality standards, while also handling maintenance coordination and customer needs as they arise. You'll be the main point of contact after hours, working closely with other site teams to keep production on track and ensure your shift meets targets across safety, quality, cost and service.
Skills & experience
* Ability to work autonomously
* Supervisory experience in an automated, FMCG or industrial style production environment. Existing night shift experience is a must for this role.
* Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements
* Confident handling conflict management, negotiations and people leadership
* Ability to plan and coordinate production and maintenance activities
* Problem solving skills with a track record of taking ownership and accountability
