BFX is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Team Leader within our Warehouse and Yard department to oversee and support the efficient and timely management of warehouse operations. This is a permanent full‐time position working Monday to Friday. The role will lead warehouse staff and ensure smooth processes across stock picking, storage, container arrivals and unloading. It will also assist with general site maintenance and help coordinate onsite subcontractors and service providers.

About you
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and support a team
* Good computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems (ERP implementation experience advantageous)
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Previous experience in a leadership or acting‐up/supervisory role highly desirable
* Experience with inventory control, stock management and warehouse workflow optimisation
* Understanding of workplace health & safety regulations, including traffic management in a warehouse or yard environment
* Hands‐on experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) and coordinating equipment maintenance
* Knowledge of reporting, audits and stocktake processes
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting as required
Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including stock picking, storage, inventory control and maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy
* Support production planning by liaising with the scheduling team and organising stock picking to align with the production schedule
* Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity, safety and compliance with company policies
* Assist in coordinating the receipt, unloading and storage of incoming containers, ensuring prompt reporting of shipping damage, non‐conformance reports (NCRs) and any container contamination
* Ensure accurate stock levels through regular stocktakes, audits and effective stock rotation practices, including assisting with the annual stocktake
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and yard environment, implementing safe handling and storage practices to prevent product damage
* Enforce workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and BFX's traffic management plan
* Assist in coordinating onsite subcontractors and service providers to ensure smooth facility operations
* Oversee warehouse equipment, including vehicles, forklifts and machinery, ensuring regular servicing and operational readiness
* Identify and implement improvements in warehouse workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Maintain regular communication with the scheduling team, Factory Managers and BFX Executives
* Ensure the timely picking and delivery of all required products and components for factory teams on a daily basis
