Salary: $140-160k + Super
The Opportunity
Our client are seeking highly skilled Software Engineers (MERN Stack) for their Product Delivery and Platform team. This product engineering-focused role involves designing, developing, and delivering their next-generation SaaS platform, contributing to their flagship product.
This role demands a product-minded engineer capable of navigating complex requirements, engaging stakeholders, and translating business needs into robust, scalable software solutions. You'll collaborate across the business to understand requirements and deliver impactful features.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Engage directly to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs.
* Product-Minded Development:
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, focusing on product outcomes and user experience.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable MERN stack software solutions.
* Feature Delivery:

What You'll Bring
Technical Expertise:
* Minimum of 7 years of commercial development experience, with extensive experience in TypeScript,, MongoDB, and
* Proven experience with SaaS platforms and Microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with AWS services (RDS, ECS Fargate) is highly advantageous.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
* Commitment to secure coding practices and strong test coverage.
