TFM Digital is an independent media and marketing agency specialising in paid, earned and owned media. We plan, buy and optimise campaigns across digital channels as well as traditional media including radio, out-of-home and television.

Type: Full‐Time, Onsite

Salary: Dependent on the candidate's experience

Media Planning

* Ensures that advertising messages align with client or company objectives
* Researches the current media landscape and stays up to date with the latest media trends
* Determining the most suitable media mix given the nature of each client's business, budget and preferred advertising media
* Builds and maintains relationships with clients, advertising platforms and media influencers
* Conduct/assist with competitive analysis and research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Propose media budgets and service fees with approval from the Head of Digital

Campaign Builds

* Collaborates with the digital team and wider departments to implement the media plan
* Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
* Assist in setting up and launching online advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, display, and video.
* Implement campaigns and leads process based on TFM briefing processes (e.g. IMBA, Digital Briefing template and Digital Specs sheet).
* Conduct keyword research and ad copy writing to ensure campaigns are optimised for performance.

Campaign Optimisations

* Working with the Digital Manager you will be monitoring campaign performance and tracking key metrics to ensure campaigns pacing to campaign targets.
* Deliver detailed recommendations of proposed campaign improvements/changes.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make recommendations based on data.

Management of comms implementation

* Present communication recommendations to your clients that are built on in-depth customer-focused rationale
* Manage and maintain the accuracy of the media schedule
* Manage the collation and communication of competitive and customer data insights
* Manage the collation of campaign post‐analysis
* Manage the delivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates

Reporting Requirements

* Produce regular reports on campaign performance when required
* Complete/assist with post‐campaign reports, end of month reports when required
* Provide ad‐hoc reporting insights as per the client/team leader's request
* Monitor the performance of online and offline advertising campaigns and report the results to relevant stakeholders

Relationships

* Collaborate with and share information with client services & agency partners.
* Build relationships with key media partners and attend regular media partner updates and events
* Ability to work collaboratively within the team and other departments.

Commercial

* Support the finance team with any queries in a timely manner with supporting documentation
* Ensure budgets are entered into platforms correctly based on IMBA
* Ensure all agency partner invoices are accurate and sent on time
* Evidence of finding new media opportunities for existing clients/agency partners to assist with driving additional revenue for the agency
* Ensure all tasks are managed through TFM's client CRM & project management tool and time tracked (When requested).
* Ensure all tasks relating to clients are briefed into TFM's CRM or project management system.
* Ensure budgets for campaigns are only actioned provided an IMBA has been supplied.

Experience

* Minimum 3 years experience in an advertising or media agency
* Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
* Experience trading in programmatic DSP(s) preferably DV360, Yahoo DSP & Perion
