Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for diverse patients, including kids, contact lens wearers, and those requiring therapeutic care.
2. Confidently suggest lens solutions that cater to customers' lifestyles.
3. Clearly communicate lens technology features and benefits to customers, including coatings and extras.
4. Mentor junior optometrists in utilizing technology to enhance customer experiences.
5. Collaborate with store management to optimize eyecare revenue through efficient operations, technology utilization, and appropriate billing.
