**ICT Team**
An exciting permanent opportunity is available within our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team, based at our brand new state office in Mount Waverley. The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide front line support as part of the ICT service operation and is responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner.
The IT Support Analyst provides technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, peripherals and administration of server and network infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing Level 1/2 technical support to the business. You will work very closely with the business to ensure IT issues are resolved promptly and with mínimal disruption to the business. This role is varied and will offer challenges and development.
**About the Role**
We are searching for a dynamic, energetic and talented IT Service Desk Analyst who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to customer centricity. This position is suited to a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their work and is driven to provide effective and timely solutions to the various IT issues that are experienced in the business.
You will have
- Tertiary qualifications in IT related field.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in desktop troubleshooting or a similar position.
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration, Windows 7 and 10, iOS, and Windows Server configuration.
- Experience working with Desktop and Laptop hardware.
- Experience with Virtual Machine setup and configuration using VSphere.
- Strong communication skills and ability to trouble shoot issues with stakeholders.
- Planning and organisational skills to effectively prioritise and meet designated timeframes.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Work as part of a team with a positive "can do" work ethic.
- Willingness to undertake a current Police check and Working with Children Check
