Promoting the company's diabetes pharmaceutical products across Victoria's Mornington Peninsula territory, in this role, you will:
1. Deliver brand strategy in the field to targeted general practitioners and pharmacists.
2. Adhere to sales strategies and thrive on delivering quality service.
3. Build exceptional product knowledge.
4. Conduct analysis of sales performance data.
5. Work effectively within a set promotional framework.
This role requires an individual with proven in-field territory sales experience across Australia's market.
You will be expected to have superior business acumen and strategic thinking, including budget management.
An ability to develop, implement, and monitor territory action plans is essential.
You will also need to be able to communicate technical and clinical data effectively, and discuss disease states.
Ability to present to a broad range of customers, both in person and virtually, is required.
Exceptional communication skills, with strong influencing and negotiating abilities, are necessary for success in this role.
Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays, is also required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Science, Medicine, Nursing, or Business are preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets through unit growth and market share acquisition is desirable.
* Ability to apply business acumen and effectively absorb and impart clinical information is essential.
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and passionate about healthcare.
