Temporary Part-Time 0.5 FTE until July 2026

$108,542-$128,724 package includes salary ($95,630-$113,411), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We're seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Visual Arts students

Share your skills and passion for your industry, build the skills, qualifications, and employability, and support the career goals of our students.

About You

You will have:

1. Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum level of a Diploma in Visual Arts or Fine Arts or equivalent and a commitment to maintain technical currency.

2. Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.

3. Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details

4. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly desirable:

* Bachelor of Visual Arts or Fine Arts (or equivalent qualification).
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Ceramics
* Postgraduate qualification in an arts-related discipline.
* Previous experience teaching at a higher education level.
